Who are you?

We’re Hey There Apparel Co. — a laid-back, witty, and real apparel brand built for everyday fun. Our designs bring a little humor, a little heart, and a whole lot of cozy into your life.


What do you sell?

We specialize in premium, embroidered apparel featuring funny, witty, and effortless sayings. All pieces are made for easy gifting, everyday wear, and getting a few compliments you didn’t even ask for.


Where are your products made?

We're a small, family-run business, and everything we make is made to order.
After spending years in retail, I saw just how much waste happens in the clothing world — so I'm proud that Hey There is doing things differently. By creating only what’s needed, we’re keeping it personal, keeping it thoughtful, and keeping it just a little better for the planet. Thanks for your patience, your support, and for being part of it with us.


How do your clothes fit?

Check the product description of the piece you are interested in. It will have all the fit details and size guide! 


How long does shipping take?

Because everything is made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production and shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

The quality of each piece is SO good, we truly don't think you'll want to return. But if for some reason you do, or it doesn't fit and you'd like to exchange, please submit a contact us form and we will walk you through the next steps. Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days post purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Please note, returns are not free.
